I’m Pauline, I come from beautiful Provence in the south of France, a place that my husband Neil, our son Félix and myself are happy to call home again, after a few years spent in Bristol, UK (a little bit of sunshine, anyone? Yes please.)

I grew up in the countryside, in the sunshine, with homeopathy and loads of fruit and vegetables!

I like laughing and crying, eating, cooking for the people I love, walks in nature, outbursts of creativity, music, the British seaside, animals, nature and its huge variety of colours and scents, swimming, yoga, chatting with my friends, drinking wine until very late (or very early?) as well as early cosy nights in with a good book, cups of tea and chocolate, surprises and jokes, full moons and flower bouquets, adventure, craggy little paths and all things unexpected (amongst other things…)

After a Masters degree in International Trade and many travels, personal reasons have drawn me back to a natural lifestyle and a desire to live according to the principles that I believe in.

I studied naturopathy at the CERFPA in Nice, France and received my certificate in the summer 2014.

I am very invested in protecting the planet and its inhabitants, so I hope I can help you, in all modesty and at my level, make small - and big - changes in your life and in the world (the butterfly effect!)

I am fascinated by plants, nature, their impact on the human being. Medicinal plants seem magical to me, so does the human brain: its unknown abilities, the way it works, its emotions, reactions, however conscious or unconscious… it’s a never ending learning process, a work of listening and observation, empathy and gratitude. Therefore, although the Bach Flower Remedies were part of my naturopathy studies, I am currently training at the Bach Centre, in England, to understand even more about the remedies and their use. To me, the Bach Flower Remedies brilliantly encapsulate the complexity of being human as well as the magic and subtlety of the plant kingdom, making them work together.

The naturopathy I practice is simple, easy to understand and to apply in your everyday life. It is packed with common sense, logic and accessible ingredients. I am a big fan of the raw, natural, authentic tastes of seasonal foods, I love their colours, their shapes, their richness. When cooked in the simplest of ways, good quality products show their refinement and strength every single time. They speak for themselves.

I hope I can entice you into knowing more about the amazing subject of naturopathy, and to guide you as best as I can to make the right choices: the choices that are good for you, and you only.

Simplicity and adaptability are, in my opinion, two great pillars which usually prove to be good support in all aspects of life.

Therefore, here, we simply adapt to real life. Your life.
